Introducing London’s 2021 Dream Home! This marks Progressive Countertop’s 12 year anniversary supporting London hospitals and the Dream Home lottery, helping to make dreams come true. Located in Warbler Woods, this year’s Dream Home was built by Bridlewood Homes and designed by 12|26 Design Co.
Warbler Woods
Warbler Woods is home to the scenic Upper Thames River Conservation Authority. The Conservation is located between Commissioners Rd. W and Byron Baseline Rd. and features a 5.4km managed walking trail. With many nearby schools, parks, and recreational facilities, this location is perfect for families.
Cambria® Quartz Ironsbridge™
The Dream Home kitchen features the Cambria quartz surface, Ironsbridge™. The design flows throughout the main floor with Ironsbridge™ featured as the kitchen countertops, pantry countertop, mudroom entryway surface and main floor bathroom.
12|26 Design Co. explains how Ironsbridge™ brings a soft movement to the home. Rift cut white oak and warm off-white finishes compliment Ironsbridge™ and its unique design.
Cambria® Quartz Ella™
While laundry is typically assumed to be a chore, the Dream Home laundry room is changing our minds! 12|26 Design Co. uses Ella™ by Cambria to create a spa-like experience. The subtle black veining in Ella™ quartz paired with black elements creates an at-home oasis that is stunning!
Ella™ is also featured in the Dream Home master ensuite.

The Dream Home’s overall colour palette creates a sense of warmth, relaxation, and comfort. 12|26 Design Co. explains, “We wanted to keep this home light, bright and family friendly. A home that anyone would love to live in”.
